Each module runs on the same member record, so a contribution, an asset allocation and a payout all tell one story per member and per society.

Membership

Applications on the society's form, approved by regional leadership under the Society's rules. Then a member record, a card and a tier that follow the member across every affiliated society and branch.

Collections

Monthly contributions scheduled per member by tier, receipted on payment, with arrears surfaced before they become a problem.

Assets

A register for vehicles, guesthouses, filling stations and retail stock, with ownership, allocation to societies or members, and valuation history.

Disbursements

Payouts, loans and funding requests move through approval steps, and every rand out is tied to a member and an approver.

Phase two

Funeral cover first, then the wider products the society already administers by hand. Built on the same member record, so cover follows the member from the day they join.

    Apply

    A member applies on the society's form. Regional leadership approves it under the Society's rules and a card is issued.

    Contribute

    Monthly contributions are scheduled by tier and receipted. The member and the treasurer see the same balance.

    Grow

    Pooled funds become assets: vehicles, property, stock. Each is registered and allocated.

  4. 04

    Disburse

    Payouts and funding are approved in steps and paid against the member's record.

Lebon Consulting builds and operates the system on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, on the framework already in production for South African insurers and brokers.

Identity on Microsoft Entra ID

Staff sign in with Microsoft accounts. Roles are set server-side and never trusted from the browser.

Member records stay in-country, encrypted at rest and in transit, reached only through managed identity.

Services on Google Cloud

WhatsApp messaging, receipts and document generation run on Cloud Run, the same rails InsureByte uses.
